This course covers the more advanced features of MS Outlook. Students will learn how to sort, filter, and group items, use and create Outlook templates and forms, as well as sharing information by using public folders and Net Folders. Students will also learn how to share contacts, automatically record activities in the Journal, and customise the Outlook environment.
Microsoft Project 2003 - Fundamentals
The aim of this course is to provide the skills and knowledge necessary to create and manage projects using Microsoft Project 2003. It covers the important aspects of dealing with project tasks and resources.
Microsoft Project 2003 - Advanced
This course is intended for people who wish to learn how to schedule projects using Microsoft Project 2003. It covers all of the essential information required to create a reasonably complex project schedule.
Miscrosoft Project 2007 - Fundamentals
