Microsoft Outlook 2007 - Level 1
This course aims to increase your productivity by providing the skills and knowledge that enable you to manage your e-mail, schedule your appointments, and keep track of your contact information.
This course is intended for people who wish to improve their knowledge and skills in the use of Outlook. Little or no knowledge of Outlook is required.
Those attending the course are expected to be familiar with the mouse, the keyboard, starting MS Windows and applications. No knowledge of Outlook is required.
At the completion of this course participants will be able to:
- gain an overview of the benefits of email
- start Outlook 2007 and navigate around the various features
- create and send email messages
- receive email in your Inbox
- competently work with file and item attachments within email messages

Funding for the Strategic Skills Program (SSP), for both full and part qualifications has been released to State Training Services Regional Centres (STSRC) to enable purchasing under the SSP to commence for 2011. For 2011-2012 PPP has been incorporated into the Strategic Skills Program (SSP).
