Microsoft Outlook 2003 - Level 2
This course covers the more advanced features of MS Outlook. Students will learn how to sort, filter, and group items, use and create Outlook templates and forms, as well as sharing information by using public folders and Net Folders. Students will also learn how to share contacts, automatically record activities in the Journal, and customise the Outlook environment.
Students enrolling in this course should have a basic understanding of the Internet and the basic features of Outlook.
Working knowledge of MS Outlook 2003
At the completion of this course participants will be able to:
