Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 - Fundamentals
This two day course has been designed to provide you with the skills needed to build and maintain web sites using Dreamweaver. Participants will be able to efficiently use the application for the production of interactive web documents. The course includes the preparation of images for the web using Photoshop.
This course is designed for anyone who wishes to find out how to use Dreamweaver to create WWW pages on the Internet.
To ensure your success, you must have understanding of your computer’s operating system including file management. For example, you should know how to launch an application, create folder trees and structures, rename files and folders, create and save files, copy and paste files from CDs and other media.
At the completion of this course participants will be able to:
- navigate around Dreamweaver CS3
- create a simple web site and test it in a browser
- create, import and manage text on a web page
- add and manipulate images in a web environment
- create hyperlinks, anchor points and hotspots
- use tables to present information on web pages
- use HTML styles
- insert META elements into pages
- publish and maintain a website.
