PSP51304 Diploma of Government (Project Management)
This specialist qualification covers the competencies required of people responsible for the management of projects. The participant will develop project management plans and have responsibility for achieving a project's objectives; report the outcomes of projects; monitor and review the whole project as it progresses through its lifecycle.
There are no prerequisite requirements for individual units of competency.

To be awarded this qualification, the student must successfully complete 11 units of competency, 10 Core units, and 1 Elective unit.
Upon successful completion of this course students will receive a PSP51304 Diploma of Government (Project Management).
This qualification is recognised nationally under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
After achieving the PSP51304 Diploma of Government (Project Management), students may undertake the BSB60707 Advanced Diploma of Project Management, or a range of other Advanced Diploma qualifications.
A formal process for recognising skills and knowledge, RPL takes into account previous studies you may have completed as well as life and work experiences. You may be granted credits or exemptions for some units in this course.
