CHC50402 Diploma of Employment Services
This qualification covers workers who have a senior case management role in delivering employment services to clients and employers. These workers may also supervise other workers. Workers who have responsibility for the management of a work group engaged in providing employment services to clients and employers should access CHC51602 Diploma of Community Services Management or qualifications from the Business Services Training Package. Workers at this level are required to have an understanding of Indigenous culture and history and to work with local communities in the provision of services.
There are no prerequisite requirements for individual units of competency.

To be awarded this qualification, the student must successfully complete 17 units of competency, 11 Core units, and 6 Elective units.
Upon successful completion of this course students will receive a CHC50402 Diploma of Employment Services.
This qualification is recognised nationally under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
After achieving the CHC50402 Diploma of Employment Services, students may undertake the CHC51602 Diploma in Community Services Management, or a range of other Management qualifications.
A formal process for recognising skills and knowledge, RPL takes into account previous studies you may have completed as well as life and work experiences. You may be granted credits or exemptions for some units in this course.
