CHC40502 Certificate IV in Employment Services
This qualification is part of the Community Services Training Package and covers workers who provide a range of services to clients and employers aimed at locating, securing and maintaining suitable employment for clients. The workers may have limited supervisory responsibilities. Workers at this level are required to have an understanding of Indigenous culture and history and to work with local communities in the provision of services.
There are no prerequisite requirements for individual units of competency.

To be awarded this qualification, the student must successfully complete 16 units of competency, 12 Core units, and 4 Elective units.
Upon successful completion of this course students will receive a CHC40502 Certificate IV in Employment Services.
This qualification is recognised nationally under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
After achieving the CHC40502 Certificate IV in Employment Services, students may undertake the CHC50402 Diploma in Employment Services, or a range of other Diploma qualifications.
A formal process for recognising skills and knowledge, RPL takes into account previous studies you may have completed as well as life and work experiences. You may be granted credits or exemptions for some units in this course.
